Board Meetings

TAB Boards meet once a month for four hours. Meetings are at the same time each month in various members places of business.

Each member is expected to complete a Monthly Progress Report which you share with the group. The report includes 9 key business metrics and serves three primary purposes:

  • Informs fellow Board members what is going on in your business

  • Identifies action completed in the prior month and says what is to be done in the upcoming month

  • Describes an issue. challenge or opportunity on which you would like feedback and advice

The Board meeting is a safe place to bring any business issue that's important to you. Members and facilitators are committed to helping one another. They offer advice and brainstorming, ask questions, share experiences and provide new perspectives. The interaction among Board members is always lively, supportive and thought-provoking.

You'll leave the meeting with new ideas, greater clarity and more confidence in your ability to reach your business goals and achieve your personal vision.

We invite you to see for yourself. If you're interested in attending an upcoming Board meeting please call Bob French, our Chief Executive, (650) 652-9393 or go to contact us.

TAB challenges you... forces you to think, clarify where you are, where you're headed and how you're going to get there.

It's amazing - when you get 7 or 8 people together, the ideas that come up and how one idea triggers another, and how easy it is for someone else to see where you're missing the mark.
